A significant portion of the funds raised as part of the Answering the Call Campaign will go toward the Centre of Excellence in Frailty-Informed Care at the Perley Health.
Applied research, knowledge transfer, and the creation of evidence-based best practices through the Centre of Excellence will leverage impact not only to the 200 Veterans at the Perley Health but also to the more than 5,000 Veterans in long-term care Canada wide.

IT WILL EXPAND SENIORS’ HOUSING OPTIONS AND INVEST IN MUCH-NEEDED RESEARCH ANDEVIDENCE-BASED INNOVATION TO IMPROVE AND INFLUENCE CARE FOR FRAIL, OLDER CANADIANS AT THE PERLEY AND RIDEAU VETERANS’ HEALTH CENTRE AND BEYOND.
